Historic Preservation Month Open House

This was the bake sale to end all bake sales! Thank you to everyone who turned out to buy some goodies and take a tour. We hope to be doing this annually in honor of Preservation Month, so if you missed it this year, we hope you'll come next year!

UC Denver "Loveland's LoDo" Open House

December 3, 2008

The Feed & Grain was the subject of a semester long studio class at UC Denver. 14 graduate of architecture students took a long, hard look at the Feed & Grain property and each proposed his or her own solution to the rehabilitation question. They also created proposals for a campus-style development project around the Feed & Grain.

Thanks to everyone who came out and joined us to take a look at the fascinating results! Everyone commented on how impressed they were with the quality and creativity.

We hope to make the students' designs available on a more permanent basis for those who were unable to attend the open house. We'll keep you updated!

Autumn Evening at the Feed & Grain

November 7, 2008

Wow! What an evening. Thanks to the OVER 400 people who turned out for this fabulous first-annual event to look at art, listen to music and eat food. Everything about the evening was superb, thanks to all of our generous donors who made things possible!

In addition to the number of people, we were impressed by the diversity of the crowd. It was exciting to see so many different people from so many different backgrounds all under the same tent--and all having a great time!

The evening grossed over $12,000, which is also truly amazing. Thanks so much to the scores of people who made this event possible, and made it fun. We're already starting to plan next year's event, so stay tuned!

Participating in the parade is part of Novo's ongoing efforts to keep the Feed and Grain in the public eye and to spread word about our efforts. Thank you to those who spent the morning walking and riding with the float!
