Artspace is America’s leading nonprofit real estate developer for the arts. They provide affordable living and working space for artists and art/cultural organizations. Novo Restoration, Inc. in partnership with the Erion Foundation, has invited Artspace to Loveland for a two-day pre-feasibility visit to provide feedback on the potential of such a development in Loveland. One of the sites under consideration is the Feed & Grain building.

While here, Artspace will meet with artists and leaders in the civic and financial communities in order to determine the feasibility of a project. Participation in the tours and focus groups is by invitation only, but we warmly invite the public to join us for the public meeting.

This will be a full and interactive presentation by Artspace intended to educate about the work of Artspace, national arts development, successful project models and the economic impact of the nonprofit arts. A question and answer period will be provided.
